The edge with coarse teeth, ranging from surface green, abaxially white, glabrous on both surfaces; petiole 7-10 cm long, glabrous; stem leaves 2-3, born in part of stem, subopposite or subverticillate, leaves with basal leaves, petiole shorter. Flowers 4-7 in stem apex, umbels; peduncle 5-15 cm; bracts narrowly ovate, acuminate, 1-1.5 cm long. Sepals ovate, ca. 1 cm, apex acute, outside pubescent; petals yellow, obovate orbicular, ca. 2 cm; stamens ca. 1.2 cm, filaments filiform, anthers oblong, ca. 1.5 mm; ovary cylindric, ca. 1.2 cm, is short style ca. 3 mm, stigma 2 lobed, lobes large, nearly flat. Capsule narrowly cylindric, 5-8 cm long, ca. 5 mm thick, pubescent. Seeds numerous, ovoid, ca. 1 mm, reticulate cristate, caruncle. Florescence 4-8 month, month of fruit period 6-9.
